Heritage Property – Hilchenbach – formerly “Klinik Weiß”
Located in the center of Hilchenbach, this beautiful heritage property from 1902 is truly remarkable. Originally built as a private women’s clinic, the building was soon repurposed. Over time, this individually listed monument changed hands among several historically significant figures, including the painter Emil Nolde and aviation pioneer Ulf Weiß-Vogtmann.
With over 700 m² of rentable space, the property houses six grand apartments, featuring 3.8 m high ceilings, original stucco, historic ceramic stoves, authentic mosaic tiles, and Tiffany glass — all preserved in their original 1902 condition.
It is no surprise that this property is one of my absolute favorites.
