About Me
My name is Jonas Kneisel. I am 35 years old, married, a father of two sons, and I recently fulfilled my lifelong dream by moving to Perth, Australia. I was born in Siegen — the “Krönchenstadt” — where I grew up, attended school, and completed my university studies.
During my master’s studies in Entrepreneurship and Management of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, I started my own business. Eight years later, I have successfully built JK Digital Consulting GmbH. This remains my primary focus.
However, since this field alone felt somewhat theoretical and offered limited tangible, physical results, I began searching for another area of business.
Real estate investments quickly provided the answer, allowing me to expand entrepreneurially in a way that creates visible value.
I genuinely enjoy generating tangible results, solving concrete, measurable problems, and interacting with tenants.

Through the Building family of products and services, our community reach now extends across digital, print and live platforms, and as a result weu2019re more than just a media provider; weu2019re an influential hub for world-class thought leadership and innovation.
My Values
I am proud to say that I am 100% self-made. I have neither inherited assets nor received financial support from external backers. This allows me to act and make decisions completely independently.
Real estate often carries a strong emotional and personal connection, which is why trust and reliability are, for me, fundamental prerequisites for every transaction. Equally important is the well-being of tenants. Of course, properties must be financially viable, especially when acquiring income-generating assets. However, economic benefits should never come at the expense of tenants. Renting out run-down apartments at inflated prices and profiting from tenants’ difficult circumstances due to housing shortages is, in my view, inhumane and unacceptable.
Strategy and Vision
Currently, my real estate portfolio is based in Germany, with properties in Siegen, Frankfurt, and Leipzig.
Following my relocation to Perth, I am now shifting my focus toward the dynamic real estate market on Australia’s west coast, particularly in the Perth metropolitan area. With strong population growth and favorable economic conditions, I aim to expand my portfolio strategically, creating tangible value and long-term opportunities in this vibrant market.
